Most of published EEDF data obtained in laboratory experiments and commercial reactors
lack information about the bulk of low energy electrons and high energy tail.
Calculation of plasma parameters from such distorted EEDF leads to
unacceptable errors, while estimation of the plasma density from the electron
saturation current at the inflection point is valid only for Maxwellian EEDF.
